Folkes Home Services is a leading provider of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services, known for exceptional workmanship and a commitment to customer satisfaction. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Dispatcher/Outbound Caller to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly.

Shift: Monday-Friday 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Schedule, dispatch, and coordinate plumbing and electrical service calls

• Communicate with technicians throughout the day to ensure jobs are completed efficiently

• Answer inbound customer inquiries and place outbound calls to schedule maintenance, service, and follow-up appointments

• Deliver outstanding customer service with clear communication and professionalism

• Assist with administrative tasks to support daily operations

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Prior experience in customer service or dispatching preferred (plumbing/electrical industry a plus)

• Positive, team-oriented attitude
