Job Responsibilities

• Hands-On Training – Work closely with experienced plumbers to gain practical knowledge and skills in residential plumbing services
  • Installation Assistance – Support the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems and fixtures, including toilets, faucets, water heaters, and pipe fittings
  • Material & Tool Handling – Assist with parts, tools, delivery, and setup at job sites
  • System Inspections – Help inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance
  • Troubleshooting & Repairs – Learn to diagnose and resolve common plumbing issues under the guidance of experienced technicians
  • Customer Interaction – Assist in explaining services and solutions to homeowners in a professional manner
  • Job Site Maintenance – Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
  • Documentation & Service Software – Learn to track repairs and installations using Service Titan software
  • Safety Compliance – Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment

Qualifications

• Eagerness to Learn – No prior experience required, but a strong interest in plumbing and home services is essential
  • Mechanical Aptitude – Basic understanding of tools and a willingness to learn plumbing system operations
  • Physical Requirements – Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in tight spaces, attics, and outdoor conditions
  • Strong Work Ethic – Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions from senior plumbers
  • Good Communication Skills – Ability to interact with team members and customers in a professional manner
  • Valid Driver’s License – Clean driving record preferred for future career advancement opportunities
