Job Responsibilities

• Electrical System Installation & Maintenance – Install, maintain, and repair residential electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems
  • Troubleshooting & Diagnostics – Inspect, diagnose, and repair equipment, electrical wiring, outlets, and fixtures
  • Circuit Breaker & Transformer Maintenance – Inspect, perform, and document corrective maintenance on circuit breakers, transformers, and electrical panels
  • Customer Communication – Engage with homeowners to explain electrical issues, solutions, and service recommendations
  • Code Compliance & Safety – Ensure all work follows national electrical code (NEC), state, and local building regulations
  • Technical Blueprint Reading – Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics to perform installations and repairs correctly
  • Service Software & Documentation – Track repairs, service history, and job details using Service Titan software
  • Customer Education & Product Recommendations – Advise homeowners on products, upgrades, and services that will improve system performance and safety

Qualifications

• Experience – Minimum 3+ years of experience as a residential electrician
  • Technical Knowledge – Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and installing electrical systems
  • Certifications – Electrical licensing is preferred but not required
  • Service Software Experience – Familiarity with Service Titan or similar trade software is a plus
  • Physical Requirements – Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions
  • Strong Communication Skills – Ability to explain electrical issues and solutions clearly to homeowners
  • Valid Driver’s License – Clean driving record required for company vehicle use
