Job Responsibilities
- Inbound & Outbound Calls – Handle high-volume customer calls, including scheduling maintenance visits, service inquiries, and overflow calls
• Booking Appointments – Assist customers via phone and email to schedule service appointments and answer inquiries
• Sales & Promotions – Recommend and sell products and services to existing customers
• Customer Follow-Up & Satisfaction – Call customers from the prior day to ensure high satisfaction and address any concerns
• Scheduling & Appointment Coordination – Make 100+ outbound calls per day to schedule maintenance visits and follow up on service requests
• Review Management – Follow up on customer reviews (both positive and negative) to maintain our strong reputation
• Data Entry & Record Keeping – Maintain accurate customer records and service history in Service Titan software
Qualifications
- 2+ Years of Customer Service Experience – Prior experience in a call center, office, or administrative role preferred
• Strong Communication Skills – Ability to listen attentively, problem-solve, and provide clear information to customers
• Attention to Detail & Organization – Ability to multitask, manage scheduling, and handle high call volumes efficiently
• Team Player – Honest, reliable, and committed to high-quality customer service
• Computer & Software Knowledge – Experience with Service Titan or similar CRM software is a plus
• Reliable Transportation & Flexible Availability – Ability to adapt to business needs and work as part of a dynamic team
