 Folkes Home Services has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative. We're looking for someone who loves helping people and wants to be part of improving lives every day. 

What you will do:

• In-bound/ outbound calls
• Booking in-bound calls, emails to customers
• Selling products and services to existing customers
• Handle calls from over-flow
• Scheduling maintenance calls to customers, making 100+ calls a day.

What you bring:

• 2+ years of customer service
• 2+ years of call center experience, preferred
• 2+ years of office experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Conscientious, team player
• Honesty, integrity, quality craftsmanship, and a good attitude
• Flexible availability, reliable transportation
• Computer/ software knowledge a plus
